Course Description
Get ready to turn up the heat! This summer, we’re leveling up our Strong Nation HIIT class by adding weights for even more power, strength, and results. It’s the same explosive music-led workout you love—but now with added resistance to help sculpt lean muscle, boost endurance, and leave you feeling fierce and unstoppable.
What to Wear: Come in athletic gear that can handle squats, jumps, and sweat and cross-training sneakers!
What to bring: A yoga mat, water and dumbbells (5–12 lbs recommended).
Whether you’re a returning warrior or brand new to the squad, this is your season to sweat smarter, get stronger, and surprise yourself.
