Course Description
STRONG Nation is a music-driven workout that blends mobility, strength, cardio, and agility into one powerful experience. This class includes full body dynamic movements, weighted exercises and floor-based exercises designed to build strength and improve power and agility.
What to Wear: Comfortable workout clothes you can move, squat, and get down on the floor in, along with supportive athletic shoes.
What to bring: A yoga mat, water and dumbbells (5 lb. minimum).
Please note: This class involves getting up and down from the floor and may not be the best fit for those with limited mobility.
