Strength & Mobility is a class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster. If you enjoy yoga, you’ll love this class! It blends gentle, low-impact movements with mobility training and breathwork to improve flexibility, balance, and joint health. Think of it as a fusion of dynamic stretching, mindful movement, and strength building techniques, all set to music that helps you stay focused and present. This class is accessible for all levels, the goal is that you’ll leave class feeling refreshed, recharged, and more connected to your body.
