Course Description
Strength & Mobility is your weekly reset for flexibility and calm. This class uses breathing and gentle movement to improve range of motion, support joint health, and release fascia and stress. Flowing from standing to floor-based movements, you’ll increase flexibility and help your body move with greater ease.
What to wear: Comfortable, stretchy clothing.
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga socks for grip (optional) and yoga towel for extra comfort (optional).
Commit to class and give your body the care it deserves.
