Course Description

This class is designed for parents and caregivers who want to foster emotional resilience, mental well-being, and stronger connections within their families. Through a partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, this class offers a safe space to explore the intersection of mental health and parenting. You’ll leave with practicable strategies, a deeper understanding of your child’s emotional world, and renewed confidence in your role as a caregiver.
