Course Description

Focusing on the four language processes: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, ESL students will gain confidence, as they work toward their personal, family, and citizenship goals.

English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are for all students 18 and older whose first language is not English. Focusing on the four language processes: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, students will gain confidence and improve their interpersonal interactions as they work toward their personal, family, and citizenship goals. Walk-in registration is required. Students will be given a quick assessment at the time of registration and be placed at an appropriate instructional level.

Enrollment for this class is ongoing. This course is offered in person and online.
